Sometimes, words are a bridge from one side of a feeling to another.
If you are struggling even to articulate your feelings today, feeling so flooded with emotion without finding words to fit, that’s okay. As a planet, we are facing situations that trigger an internal response we don’t yet have language to fully describe.
But maybe you can invent some, precisely because you were swamped with feeling.
Maybe you’ll fumble with words all day and go to bed still not sure how to explain. Maybe you’ll walk up in the morning with one phrase that fits your feelings just right. Maybe you’ll share those few words with a friend or a stranger, and in that one moment, you help them find their bridge over the feeling they’re flooded with.
Because that is the point of words: to reach out to one other, to communicate that you’re not alone.
